We partnered with Prince to reimagine the playing experience.

The goal was simple: to create the perfect pairing for the Tour 98 and take the friction out of finding the right string for the racket — almost like pairing the right wine with a steak.

Over the past year, we prototyped and tested dozens of strings, specifically optimizing the flex, gauge, and shape to complement the characteristics of the Tour 98.

The result is A5 Tour 1.20 — designed to give the Tour 98 a slightly higher launch angle with more spin potential and pop, while maintaining the control and feel of the frame.
